Our monthly meetings are usually held at Runnymede Hall, Kiln Road, Thundersley and take place every 2nd Wednesday of the month. For all monthly meetings doors open at approximately 1.10pm for a 1.30pm start. At most meetings we have a speaker either from outside or one of our members will stand up and talk on anything which we feel will assist others to broaden their outlook and further their education.
Our Speaker Secretary can be contacted by email Speaker Secretary or the Suggestions Box at monthly meetings and will of course be interested to hear any comments you may have regarding speakers and your suggestions for future talks. Future bookings are under way and will be notified here as soon as confirmed.

Carole Simmonds our Trip Adviser would be pleased to receive any suggestions you may have regarding u3a trips to places, towns, shows, gardens or other events which may be of interest to the membership. Carole may be contacted via email Trips Organiser or via the Contact page. It is now getting increasingly difficult to find locations for trips that are not increasing in price so unfortunately any trip which includes entry to somewhere will now be quite a lot dearer than previously. Carole does try to include some that just visit towns in order to keep the price down but of course the coach company have also had to increase their costs. We will endeavour to keep costs at a minimum.
Please note that you have to be a fully paid up member of Thundersley u3a in order to go on any of the trips organized. Please also note that all prices include the driver's tip.
We have various coach pick-up points where you can join the trip - these are at Vic House Corner, Shipwrights Drive, Seevic College, Bread & Cheese, Kents Hill Road and Sadlers Farm.
We have established a Thundersley u3a FaceBook page which is a really useful place to keep in touch with friends, as well as sharing other information such as recipes, photographs and other fun stuff. It is of course a private page for our members only and not shared elsewhere. To find us, search "Thundersley u3a" in your FaceBook search bar, you will find our page, click on "join" and once you receive notification from Admin that you have successfully joined, come along and join in with our chat, you will be very welcome.
